Youth Rugby Survey

I'm currently looking into the way we do our youth rugby at Cumbernauld, and am looking for details of how other Clubs run their set-up.

We've been doing youth rugby for 25 years now, and with all bar one of our current 1st XV squad a product of our youth system, then we have been doing something right. But if we are to step up the leagues, then perhaps we need to be doing more or something different.
